Das Morgarten Fest ist 2024 zurück! Steigt ein zu einer Metal-Kreuzfahrt auf den Neuenburger Gewässern und setzt den See in Brand!

Was gibt es Schöneres, als einen Abend am See zu verbringen, Konzerte zu hören, den Sonnenuntergang zu beobachten und ein Craft Beer zu trinken? Und das gleich zwei Nächte hintereinander. Das Morgarten Fest kehrt auch 2024 zurück und wieder stehen zwei Abende „on the Lake“ an. Die Metal-Kreuzfahrt wird im Hafen von La Poissine starten, in Grandson Halt machen und alle Landratten auf dem See zu einem wunderbaren Metal-Abend mitnehmen. Nach den Konzerten geht es zurück nach Grandson und dann nach La Poissine, wo auf dem Schiff eine Afterparty für alle stattfindet, die noch nicht genug haben!

Das vollständige Programm wird demnächst bekannt gegeben. Kleiner Tipp gefällig? Die Fans erwartet ein schottischer Headliner am Samstag und eine brandneue akustische Live-Show am Freitag! Die Gastgeber werden natürlich ebenfalls mit von der Partie sein und ihr könnt mit Sicherheit davon ausgehen, dass eine Piratenbande versuchen wird, sowohl die Alkoholvorräte an Bord als auch eure Taschen zu leeren.

Der Preis pro Abend wird zwischen 40 und 45 CHF liegen. Der Kartenverkauf ist noch nicht eröffnet, doch wer letztes Jahr an Bord war, weiss, dass es sich lohnen wird, den Vorverkauf zu nutzen und sich frühzeitig sein Ticket zu sichern.

Ohne Gastgeber keine Party und ohne Morgarten kein Morgarten Fest 2024. Auf der Suche nach Schlachten und Siegen touren Morgarten seit 2005 durch Europa. Mit ihrem epischen Folk Black Metal lassen Morgarten den vergessenen Ruhm der Ritterzeit wieder aufleben. Heute gewinnen Morgarten täglich neue Fans in Europa hinzu und werden mit ihren Geschichten die Bühne zum Kochen bringen, wenn es einmal mehr heisst: „Kommt raus! Kommt, tapfere Kämpfer. Hört zu und nehmt teil an der Schlacht, die sich bald entfalten wird!“

Morgarten – Epic Black Metal (CH)

Morgarten, the organizer of this event, will perform on stage Friday night with a double live show!

Morgarten is a Swiss epic/folk black metal band that invites you to follow their tales and legends inspired by Swiss history.

During the concerts, the audience is invited to discover their stories through a brutal and atmospheric performance. When the heaviness of war subsides, a folk and catchy melody soothes the heart of the spectator.

Morgarten’s music has been shaking stages since 2005. The release of their latest album „Cry of the Lost“ allowed them to conquer new countries in Europe and play with bands such as Finntroll, Heidevolk, Finsterforst, Wind Rose, and Black Messiah.

For this edition, Morgarten will present an exclusive acoustic live show. To the sound of flutes, bagpipes, and acoustic guitars, you will be immersed in an intimate atmosphere, revisiting the tracks of „Cry of the Lost“ in their purest form, before returning later in the evening with their metal set.

Belore – Epic Black Metal (FR)

Belore is an epic black metal project in the vein of great names such as Summoning, Caladan Brood, Saor, and Moonsorrow.

Their music evolves in a fantastical medieval universe entirely created by the band, where nature and imagination will transport you.

With three albums already released under the German label Northern Silence Production, Belore has gained strong international recognition thanks to their collaboration with the European booking agency In Fiction Entertainment, allowing them to perform quickly at festivals across the continent.

Toter Fisch – Pirate Metal (FR)

Discover Toter Fisch, the Pirate Metal band formed in 2013 by Romain Nobileau, Rémy Robinot, and Jérémy Bayon, joined in 2014 by David Lemoine and Pierre Dri. Their unique music blends Death Metal, Black Metal, Folk Metal, and Symphonic Metal, with rich orchestrations and pirate influences, enhanced by the accordion and captivating stage performances.

From their first EP „Blood, Rum And Piracy“ in 2015 to their latest album „Aspidochelone“ in 2023, Toter Fisch tells fictional pirate adventures mixed with historical and mythological facts. The Olt Salt Company – Compagnie Pirate- Musique & Animation (CH)

It was in 2021, in an old tavern in Ropraz, that Captain Joe the Grey and his first mate, McSeagull, began recruiting crew members to form the most fantastic pirate company on the shores of Lake Bret. Inspired by traditional Irish melodies, sea shanties, and pirate folklore, The Old Salt Company, now composed of seven valiant buccaneers, is ready to take you on a musical voyage. Amidst the scents of rum and warm sand, under the Jolly Roger’s colors, let yourself be carried away by their tunes for a few chords and a few drinks.
